Customer Service Policy
We strive to provide great service to all of our customers in an effortless fashion.
- 48 Hour Free Fix or removal
- Deposits are refundable in the form of a store credit only if canceled prior to 48hrs
Cancellations / No Shows
- Appointments must be cancelled prior to 48 hours before the appointment. If you decide you do not want services rendered prior to 48 hours the deposit can be refunded in the form of a store credit only.
- If you do not show for an appointment your deposit is non-refundable and you will be required to place a new deposit to set a new appointment.
- No deposit is required to set a refill appointment, but if you fail to show for a refill appointment you will be required to pay for your next appointment in full prior to setting a new appointment.
